CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict 24 hour policy for any late cancellations. You will be fully charged for your session if you no-show. We want to honor that this time slot could have been booked by someone else in need. Due to this policy we require your credit card information upon booking. You will not be charged until your session is complete or if you do not abide by our cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens. If there is an emergency or you are feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible and we can come to an agreement on our next steps together.
